Kaloon (Badin, Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Your phone number, name, and optional profile photo.
• Your approximate location, to show nearby shops.
• Your bookings, payments and reviews.

How we use it

To show relevant shops, manage your bookings, process payments, and improve the app. We never sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

The shop you book with, our payment processor Safepay (and the wallet / card networks it settles through: JazzCash, Easypaisa, banks), and a small set of providers that help us operate the app (hosting, push notifications, crash reporting). We do not share your data for third-party advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after, to meet accounting and dispute-resolution obligations. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal data; anonymised booking records may be retained for these purposes.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, manage notification preferences, and delete your account at any time from the Profile tab.
