Provider Privacy Policy

This explains what Kaloon (Badin, Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan) collects from you as a shop owner or staff member, and why.

What we collect

• Your business profile: shop name, address, hours, services, and photos.
• Identity information (CNIC) for verification during onboarding.
• Bank or mobile-wallet details, used only to send your payouts.
• Your bookings, earnings, and customer messages.

How we use it

To verify your shop, process payouts, show your shop to customers, and provide support. We never sell your data.

Who we share it with

Our payment/payout processor Safepay and the banks or wallets it settles through, and a small set of providers that help us operate the app.

How long we keep it

We keep booking, payout and identity-verification records for as long as your shop is active and for a reasonable period after, to meet accounting and dispute-resolution obligations.

Your choices

You can edit your business profile any time from Settings, and request account deletion from Profile → Settings.
